| I'm not sure why I update anymore. Who care's about what is going on in the life of Elizabeth Roark....honestly?? For those of you who do...I had my 2nd of 5 appraiser class this week. Entitled "Appraising the Single Family Residence", we basically learned the methods and techniques of...you guessed it...appraising the Single Family Home. 32 credit hours crammed (literally) into 4 days of class. Basically, in other words, a nightmare! My first class, back in late January, was the same time frame, but it seemed easier for some reason. To make a long story short, I passed my class with a 92% (8% better than Class #1), which was very surprising to me, and now have oh so much more knowledge to add to the world of appraising. At least, theoretically, I SHOULD have. What else has been happening in the last month or so...not really a whole lot. I lead a very boring life. During the week, I work out, I work, I come home and dinner with the parents, and start over the next day. Every day is mainly spent in anticipation of seeing Bill during the coming weekend. Who created a second shift??? Whoever that person is needs to be beaten...seriously. Also, who created a 5 day work week and only a 2 day weekend? That person should also be beaten and forced to completely switch the two. Ahh...wishful thinking............. In other news...the Leonard family is traveling to my home this coming week. Can't wait!!! |
